This program helps employers access qualified local talent while reducing hiring costs through up to 100% wage reimbursement during on-the-job training (OJT). Businesses can also benefit from customized training programs aligned with their specific needs, enabling faster hiring for critical roles.
The initiative supports key industries including construction, logistics, healthcare, agriculture, and advanced manufacturing.
